Responsibility
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach to expand the client base.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and present tailored financial solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client onboarding and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing pipelines and closing deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Document all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
