Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate product/service offerings to potential clients with a consultative approach.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales tactics.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
