Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bali market, focusing on B2B clients in retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent BH Packaging Supplies at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend events.
