Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to showcase product/service benefits and close deals.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and promotions.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in B2B or B2C sales).
- Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory for travel to client locations).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
