Responsibility
- Actively promote and sell products to customers in assigned retail locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer tailored recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and persuasive communication.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and promotions to address customer inquiries confidently.
- Set up and manage product displays, ensuring they are visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with store staff to enhance customer experience and drive brand loyalty.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques, including upselling, cross-selling, and objection handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on retail demands.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or consumer products is advantageous.
