Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail or promotional settings to demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Provide accurate and compelling product information to address customer inquiries and overcome objections.
- Track sales performance and customer feedback, reporting insights to the management team.
- Ensure promotional materials and displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles (retail experience is a plus).
