Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide data-driven reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, preferably in transportation, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
