Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Bali and Southeast Asia.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and monitoring performance to ensure consistent results.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships, distributors, and key accounts in the food and agriculture industry.
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, and content marketing) to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Collaborate with product development and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to senior management.
- Represent Joseph Grain at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand authority and relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role, preferably in the food, agriculture, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms, CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid/remote environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Baliâs business landscape or experience working in Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
