Responsibility
- Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach in Bali’s key business districts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and partnership development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings in Bali.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback to refine products, services, and marketing approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in Bali or a similar dynamic market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
