Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics using CRM and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and packages tailored to target audiences.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with key stakeholders to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance team productivity and service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Baliās tourism landscape and local business culture is advantageous.
