Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bali’s competitive landscape.
- Set, monitor, and adjust individual and team sales KPIs to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in Bali’s key sectors (hospitality, retail, tourism, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Oversee budgeting and expense control for sales operations, optimizing resources for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and promotional campaigns for cohesive brand messaging.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of Bali’s business landscape and key industries (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
