Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door sales and proactive outreach to acquire new merchant partners in assigned territories.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to merchant needs, highlighting value propositions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both merchants and the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure merchant satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or field sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to travel within assigned regions (own transportation is advantageous).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a bonus.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
