Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Participate in local and international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
