Responsibility

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including onboarding new retailers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and in-store activations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or a related role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques, merchandising principles, and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
