Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Introduce, promote, and sell Star Paper Corporationâs full range of products to existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Represent Star Paper Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the paper, packaging, or B2B industries.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Residency or legal work eligibility in Indonesia is a plus.
