Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial services sector, with a focus on high-net-worth clients and institutional partners.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Represent Pinetree Securities at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
