Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Unison Computer Systemsâ offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical support, etc.) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the companyâs reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the technology or IT solutions sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
