Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and present tailored product/service solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Document all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or a related field.
