As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and closing high-value deals, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and value-added service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, preferably in real estate, property development, or B2B sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia (or eligibility for a work visa).
