Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s fitness market.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including gyms, corporate wellness programs, and individual high-net-worth clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that highlight Brown House Fitness Academy’s unique value proposition.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, personalized service, and upselling opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Provide feedback to management on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic adjustments to optimize results.
- Participate in fitness industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or service industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong plus.
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness, with a deep understanding of industry trends.
- Willingness to travel locally within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business development.
