Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM tools and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
