Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned Bali locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent Hicomi at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities across Bali.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the Bali market and local business landscape is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel within Bali as required for client meetings and events.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
