Responsibility
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients with professionalism, providing tailored product recommendations based on their needs.
- Promote and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of our flooring products to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and in-store engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and interior designers to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns to drive foot traffic.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide informed advice.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
- Ensure showroom displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, home improvement, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
