Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s key markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to expand the company’s client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client deliverables.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or B2B sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and local market dynamics is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
