Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase value propositions effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM), and pipeline development.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in the Indonesian market or tourism/hospitality sector is a plus.
