Responsibility
- Represent premium brands at events, roadshows, and promotional activations across Bali.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute brand campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling event booths, ensuring brand standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles, preferably in luxury or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to support event schedules.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
