Responsibility
- Actively seek out and engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits, effectively highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential of real estate offerings.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, consistently striving to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property values, and competitive landscape in Manila, particularly around Lucky Chinatown.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, offering exceptional after-sales support and fostering repeat business.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to optimize sales strategies and streamline operational processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate, property management, or a related high-value sales industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics in Metro Manila, especially in commercial and residential properties.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of closing deals.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience will be highly considered.
