Responsibility
- Drive product sales through proactive customer engagement and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles (1+ years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and fieldwork.
