Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote property listings and attract potential buyers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Bali real estate market.
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO-optimized content.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and promotional materials to support business development efforts.
- Assist in organizing and hosting property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional knowledge of Indonesian is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for real estate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with the Bali property market is an advantage.
