Responsibility

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies for e-commerce platforms, including SEO, PPC, and email campaigns to boost conversions and ROI.
  • Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) through engaging content, influencer collaborations, and community management.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and provide actionable insights to refine marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Create compelling content calendars, ad copies, and visual assets tailored to diverse audiences across APAC markets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Oversee budget allocation for campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management, preferably in a fast-paced MNC or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management with measurable results in lead generation, engagement, or sales growth.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in event planning or offline marketing is highly desirable.
