Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, print) to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Create persuasive copy for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM) to optimize ROI.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights for strategic adjustments.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or digital campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record of creating engaging content and managing successful marketing projects.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, social media management, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
