Responsibility
- Host engaging, high-energy live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Lazada Live, Shopee Live).
- Demonstrate and promote Bio Care’s supplement products with compelling storytelling and persuasive techniques.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and building trust to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align live content with campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Track performance metrics (viewer count, engagement rate, sales) and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to enhance credibility.
- Create pre- and post-live content (e.g., teasers, recaps) to boost session visibility and replay value.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and brand-aligned on-camera presence at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live host, sales representative, or in customer-facing roles (e-commerce, retail, or broadcasting preferred).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
- Natural charisma, confidence, and ability to captivate audiences with authentic enthusiasm.
- Strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity using live streaming platforms, basic video equipment, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of health/wellness products or a passion for the industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends, to align with peak audience times.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) with a stable internet connection.
