Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and creativity.
- Craft and present visually appealing smoothie bowls and other menu items to delight customers.
- Operate the cashier system efficiently, handling payments, and providing accurate change.
- Engage with guests to ensure a welcoming, friendly, and memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and workstation at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to manage inventory, restock supplies, and minimize waste.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Contribute to creating a lively and positive atmosphere through music, conversation, and energy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender, smoothie maker, or in a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Indonesian) are a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
