Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) deliver exceptional service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with Marriott’s brand guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with the management team to implement operational policies, procedures, and service enhancements.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage shift schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support the hotel’s profitability goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
