Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational costs to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with department heads to coordinate events, promotions, and special requests.
- Train and develop staff through mentorship, performance reviews, and targeted upskilling.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 1 year in a Duty Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in luxury hospitality, resort operations, or high-end guest services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus).
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
