Responsibility
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless guest check-ins, check-outs, and service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a high-performing team of hospitality staff to maintain service standards.
- Resolve guest complaints or special requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor and optimize occupancy rates, room allocations, and revenue streams in collaboration with the management team.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure operational harmony.
- Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and local hospitality regulations.
- Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and performance metrics for senior management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality.
- Proven track record in guest relations, conflict resolution, and team leadership.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) and basic financial reporting.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
