Responsibility
- Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and mentor front office staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bell services, to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor room availability, manage reservations, and handle overbooking situations with tact and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback to senior management.
- Assist in training new employees and conducting performance reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and cultural norms to provide personalized guest recommendations.
