Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate all Front Office operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth guest arrivals, departures, and stays
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction
- Supervise and mentor a team of Front Office associates, including receptionists, concierge, and bell services
- Monitor room inventory and availability, implementing yield management strategies to maximize occupancy
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to address guest requests and facility issues
- Prepare and present daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational highlights to senior management
- Uphold all safety, security, and emergency procedures in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in luxury or international hotel brands is highly advantageous
