Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the lounge, ensuring seamless Food & Beverage (F&B) service delivery and adherence to Accorâs standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement improvements to enhance service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all F&B operations.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to uphold service standards and foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Food & Beverage, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with hospitality software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management tools) is a plus.
- Certification in Food Safety or related hospitality training is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French) are a bonus.
