Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the lounge, ensuring seamless Food & Beverage (F&B) service delivery and adherence to Accor’s standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement improvements to enhance service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all F&B operations.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to uphold service standards and foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Food & Beverage, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with hospitality software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management tools) is a plus.
  • Certification in Food Safety or related hospitality training is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French) are a bonus.
