Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team management.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
