Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments function smoothly and efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, and maintenance teams to maintain service excellence.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Handle emergency situations with composure and implement appropriate protocols.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on operational status, incidents, and guest feedback.
- Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team management.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a guest-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of local culture and tourism trends in Bali is a plus.
