Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

- Monitor and maintain the quality of services and facilities to meet Accor's standards.

- Resolve any issues or complaints from guests in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
