TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy is seeking a dedicated and professional Driving/Classroom Instructor to join our team in Cabadbaran City. As an instructor, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. You will facilitate engaging classroom discussions on traffic laws, defensive driving, and road etiquette, while also providing hands-on, one-on-one behind-the-wheel training. Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive theoretical classroom sessions covering traffic laws, vehicle maintenance, and defensive driving techniques.
- Provide high-quality practical behind-the-wheel driving instruction to students of varying skill levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that ensure students meet or exceed LTO requirements.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and address individual learning needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and traffic regulations during all practical training sessions.
- Maintain well-documented records of student attendance, performance evaluations, and training hours.
- Perform regular vehicle safety checks and maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of academy vehicles.
- Guide students through the requirements and procedures for obtaining their professional or non-professional driver's license.
Qualifications
- Must be a certified Driving Instructor (accredited by LTO is highly preferred).
- Possess a valid professional driver’s license with appropriate restriction codes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex traffic concepts clearly and patiently.
- Proven track record of safe driving with a clean driving record.
- Must reside in or be willing to work in Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if required.
- Passionate about road safety and mentoring new drivers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or teaching certifications are an advantage.
