Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive classroom-based theoretical driving education sessions.
- Provide one-on-one practical driving instruction, ensuring student safety at all times.
- Prepare students for LTO examinations through mock tests and hands-on practice.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and training hours.
- Ensure that all training vehicles are kept in excellent condition and adhere to safety standards.
- Explain traffic laws, road signs, and defensive driving techniques clearly and effectively.
- Address student concerns and provide constructive feedback to improve driving habits.
Qualifications
- Valid Professional Driver's License with updated restriction codes.
- Accredited by LTO (Land Transportation Office) as a Driving Instructor.
- Proven experience in driving instruction or a related teaching field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain patience under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine road laws, traffic regulations, and defensive driving principles.
- Commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or college degree is a plus.
