Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive theoretical driving lessons in a classroom setting following LTO-accredited modules.
- Provide one-on-one practical driving instruction, ensuring student safety and skill development at all times.
- Monitor student progress, evaluate driving performance, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure all training vehicles are maintained, cleaned, and roadworthy before every session.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, training hours, and assessment results.
- Stay updated with the latest Philippine traffic laws, road signs, and LTO regulations.
- Promote a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere for students of varying skill levels.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Professional Driver’s License with appropriate restriction codes.
- Possess a valid LTO Accreditation Certificate for Driving Instructors (TDC/PDC preferred).
- Proven experience as a driving instructor or in a related training role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex instructions clearly and patiently.
- Deep understanding of Philippine traffic rules, regulations, and vehicle safety protocols.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during practical on-road training sessions.
