Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport products, supplies, and documents to various locations within Kuala Lumpur.
- Manage daily despatch routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance schedule of the assigned company vehicle.
- Keep accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Perform administrative and general office support tasks as required by the operations team.
- Ensure all deliveries are handled with care and comply with health and safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding delivery status and potential route delays.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid driving license (Class D or GDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Familiarity with Kuala Lumpur and Selangor routes, including the use of GPS navigation tools (Waze/Google Maps).
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a despatch, courier, or delivery driver role is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required by operational needs.
