Responsibility
- Perform drive test data collection for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile networks.
- Use industry-standard software (e.g., TEMS, NEMO) to capture signal strength, quality, and throughput data.
- Conduct post-processing and analysis of collected data to identify coverage gaps and interference issues.
- Troubleshoot network performance problems and provide actionable recommendations for RF optimization.
- Prepare detailed drive test reports, including site survey findings and performance summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify the performance of new site integrations and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain and calibrate field test equipment to ensure accurate data acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field drive testing and RF optimization.
- Proficiency in using drive test tools such as TEMS Investigation, NEMO Handy, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of wireless communication principles (LTE, VoLTE, 5G NR).
- Experience with post-processing tools like Actix Analyzer or Windcatcher.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Willingness to travel locally within Metro Manila and surrounding areas as required.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
