Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach in Bali.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Resolve dealer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures across all operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales supervision or team leadership, preferably in direct selling or retail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with dealers and team members.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Baliās key locations as needed.
