Responsibility
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams based on project specifications and engineering data.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to refine designs and incorporate project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of revisions and updates to technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation of material schedules and technical documentation for submission to stakeholders.
- Use CAD software to create precise 2D and 3D models for construction planning.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to verify site conditions and incorporate real-world data into drafting plans.
- Participate in design review meetings to provide technical feedback and ensure project alignment.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter, preferably in the construction or building industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard drafting software.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and architectural detailing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for structural detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while managing multiple project priorities.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and submission requirements is a strong advantage.
