Responsibility

  • Verify the authenticity and completeness of immigration-related documents submitted by clients.
  • Cross-reference documents with regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of verified documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on document verification processes and outcomes.
  • Assist in the preparation of immigration applications and supporting documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the immigration services team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in document verification, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documents.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
