Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive clinical services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care, to patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and follow-up consultations to monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to promote public health awareness.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, technologies, and best practices to enhance clinical expertise.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proven experience as a Specialist or Family Physician, with a strong background in primary care or a specific medical specialty.
- Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
